Shipping & Delivery
1. How much is your shipping fee and do you ship nationwide?
We currently ship WITHIN METRO MANILA via Grab/Lalamove and OUTSIDE METRO MANILA via LBC/AP Cargo. The price of our products is EXCLUSIVE of the shipping fee. The shipping fees are as follows:
VAULV Duffle & VAULV Backpack:
Metro Manila - ₱180
Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal - ₱900
Outside Greater Manila Area - ₱1,000
VAULV Essential:
Metro Manila - ₱180
Outside Metro Manila - ₱420 (Essential 012) | ₱320 (Essential 006)
All Products (Same-Day Delivery):
Metro Manila - ₱300
NOTE: Please ensure to select the correct shipping method as refunds will not be available for choosing the incorrect option. Further instructions are shown as you check out.
2. Do you ship internationally?
As of the moment, we only ship nationwide in the Philippines.
3. When do you usually ship orders?
We ship every MONDAY to SATURDAY.
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Do you do same-day deliveries?
Metro Manila
Same-Day and Next-Day deliveries are available for customers within Metro Manila.
For same-day deliveries, cut-off for orders is strictly at 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered automatically the next day.
Please note that same-day and next-day deliveries are not available on Sundays and holidays. Please see below delivery schedules for certain order dates and time:

5. What happens if my package has not arrived yet within the estimate time of arrival?
You may contact us if you live WITHIN Metro Manila via Instagram Direct Message @vaulvmnl. If you live OUTSIDE Metro Manila, you may contact our partners at LBC or AP Cargo regarding your package as there may be unforeseen delays.

6. Do you accept self pick-up?
Yes, we accept self pick-up for customers within Metro Manila. You may message us on Instagram or Facebook @vaulvmnl for schedule availability before checking out. Please note that same-day pick-up is not available.
Our pick-up address is at Brgy. Manresa, QC. After checking out, complete address will be provided via text, Instagram or Facebook Direct Message.
